How to unlock the Lachmann 556 in MW2?
Unlocking the Lachmann-556 in Modern Warfare 2 can be tricky as you need to level up the Lachmann-762 to level 16.
The Lachman-762 is a battle rifle and players will have a hard time leveling up, so be sure to head over to Invasion to plant your bots to speed up the upgrade process.

We chose to use only four attachments to build the best Modern Warfare 2 Rahman 556 loadout because we didn’t want to pile on too many attachments that would affect aiming speed. The Lachman is a pretty slow AR anyway, so we’re maximizing its accuracy and range while keeping it mobile.
We started loading this Lachmann 556 with an Echoless 80 silencer and a 15.9″ Lachmann RAPP barrel. Together, they greatly increase the Lachmann-556’s projectile speed and damage range, while also helping to control recoil.
Next we added the Cronen Mini Red Dot, but any red dot sight will serve you well. Finally, we added the FSS Sharfin 90 Underbarrel as it helps with aiming stability without any drawbacks.
Feel free to add another add-on to further increase ADS speed or recoil control, but without tweaking the add-on in-game, the cons often outweigh the pros.

Tactical and deadly gear in Modern Warfare 2 is incredibly powerful, so we’ve combined bomb squads and battle-hardened perks to protect them from both. Our next two perks are all about keeping you alive in the kill, Coldblood hides you from various gadgets, and more importantly, Ghost hides you from UAVs.
Next, we use powerful flashbangs and a drill to eliminate the campers. Finally, if you choose both ammo boxes and dead silence, you can do stealth stabs or more ammo when needed.
