Death Twister Materia in Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII – How to Get
To obtain Death Twister Materia, use Materia Fusion to combine Poison Twister with Assault Twister+ to make Death Twister.
It can be obtained as a reward for completing Mission 5-3-2, or it can be found in a chest on Missions 7-6-1 and 9-2-5.
The Death Twister Materia spin attack costs 20 AP and inflicts Instant Death on the target.
This is a Command Materia, which contains materia that perform physical acts that cost AP.

About Crisis Core Reunion
The story is set seven years before the events of FINAL FANTASY VII (1997).
