Drain Blade can be created using Materia Fusion by merging Drain with Assault Twister.
It can be found in a chest on Mission 4-2-6 or as a reward for finishing Mission 3-3-4.
The physical attack Drain Blade Materia consumes the target’s HP.
This is a Command Materia, which contains materia that perform physical acts that cost AP.

About Crisis Core Reunion
