You are in luck, because if you in trouble beating Giovanni, we are going to help you as much as possible until you can beat him, we are going to explain you step by step what you must do to be able to face Giovanni and the best pokemon you should use to combat with him.

1. First of all, you will need to beat 3 leaders of Team Go Rocket (Leader Cliff, Leader Arlo and Leader Sierra). So you will need to beat 18 Team Go Rocket Grunts.
2. Once you beat all of them, you will recieve 1 Super Rocket Radar (each Super Rocket Radar will be used only 1 time). Normally you can only get the Super Radar Rocket by completing special investigation tasks.
3. Equip with Super Rocket Radar, and you will need to check out different PokeStops, you will find many decoys (Team Go Rocket Grunts) before you find Team Go Rocket leader Giovanni.
4. When you find real Giovanni, the game will ask you to spend the Super Rocket Radar, but it will only be consumed if you beat Giovanni leader.
