My Time At Sandrock Abandoned Ruins – This guide will show how My Time at Sandrock’s Abandoned Ruins work.

My Time At Sandrock Abandoned Ruins

How To Access Them

Only by creating the crane lift for Rocky can the Abandoned Ruins be accessible. The first time you play the game, you’ll encounter this quest. You can access the Abandoned Ruins once you create and install it.

Rocky will charge you a weekly fee if you want to access the Abandoned Ruins. You can find the abandoned ruins by taking the elevator down once you have paid the fee.

Level Selection

When you first enter, you can only access level 1 of the Abandoned Ruins’ 11 levels, which are shown to you as you enter. How to access other levels will be explained later.

There are a few comparable materials between each level, and you can mine a variety of unique materials on each level. But before diving into the Ruins, be sure you know what you’re after because each level will feature a different type of resource.

How to Find Resources (Materials)

A building that has been entirely covered in dirt and a ton of materials scattered about are what you find when you first enter a level. As you first enter the Ruins, you will uncover some copper veins, but you must utilize your scanner to find more valuable materials.

You can detect golden icons on the ground with the scanner. If you keep staring at them, they’ll sync, allowing you to see where those icons are without using binoculars. After scanning them with your binoculars, use your pick hammer to begin excavating. You’ll find a variety of things, including:

  • Organics
  • Engines
  • Old Parts

By pressing and holding the space bar while using the jet pack, you can quickly escape a tight spot.

How to Find the Next Level

When you’ve finished mining the first level’s materials, scan the area for a green icon that will take you to the next one. You can eventually access the path to the next level by digging your way through all the dirt.

To access all the levels early in the game, I recommend you to move through each level as rapidly as you can. As a result, you will have all levels unlocked and be able to obtain the materials you require anytime you decide to return to the Abandoned Ruins.

While mining in the Ruins, you must be careful of any explosive barrels since if you are not, they can explode and hurt you. If you are careful, though, it shouldn’t be a big problem.
