There is no report of shiny Axew since the global GO Fest ended on June 5, it is thought that Niantic may have made the mistake of deactivating it again, as has happened other times.

The last time the same thing happened was with Binacle, which was deactivated shiny from May 20 to June 4. Axew is available in GO Battle League, Eggs, and in the wild.

No reports of Shiny Axew – Go Battle League

In Pokemon Go, Go Battle League: Seasion 11 will start on June 1st and will last for 3 months (almost the whole summer) and will end on September 1st.
