Nier Reincarnation Black Birds Locations – The 35 locations of the 35 black birds or crows, and the reward after finding each black bird

Nier Reincarnation Black Birds Locations – Chapter 1

There are 3 Black birds in Chapter 1:

1st Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x3 – Location: After the 1st battle (dark scarecrow) reach the top of the cathedral and you can find it on the right side

2nd Black Bird – Reward: Premium Summon Ticket – Location: After the 2nd dark scarecrow you will  go up a spiral staircase, find it on the 3rd column

3rd Black Bird – Reward: XL Weapon Enhancement x3 – Location: After the 3rd dark scarecrow,  halfway up the second set of stairs look to the right (column underneath the 3rd set)

Nier Reincarnation Black Birds Locations – Chapter 2

There are 4 Black birds in Chapter 1:

1st Black Bird – Reward: Small Stamina Recovery x4 – Location: at the start take the right stairs, then at the bottom, start left. Look up to the ruined stairs to the right

2nd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x4 – Location: After the two Black Barrier fights > Large door > Go up the large staircase to the left > right at the top > +2 staircases > look left at the top

3rd Black Bird – Reward: XL Weapon Enhancement x3 – Location: After the 2nd dark scarecrow > top-down view > take first left and check the top platform

4th Black Bird – Reward: Silver Coin x3 – Location: look to the left of the black light coming up from the last scarecrow

Nier Reincarnation Black Birds Locations – Chapter 3

There are 4 Black birds in Chapter 3:

1st Black Bird – Reward: Emerald x2 – Location: Turn around after getting your first Companion

2nd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x4 – Location: Stop the sand waterfall and find it upstairs

3rd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x4 – Location: Right before the third Dark Scarecrow (left of the path)

4th Black Bird – Reward: XL Weapon Enhancement x5 – Location: Behind the old man after the 3rd scarecrow battle

Nier Reincarnation Black Birds Locations – Chapter 4

There are 4 Black birds in Chapter 4:

1st Black Bird – Reward: Aquamarine x1 – Location: to the left of the bridge at the beginning, under the first archway on the left

2nd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x5 – Location: Left side of the broken bridge before the scarecrow

3rd Black Bird – Reward: XL Weapon Enhancement x5 – Location: at the top of the musical spiral staircase (requires top down perspective)

4th Black Bird – Reward: Small Stamina Recovery x10 – Location: Before the last scarecrow, when the camera shifts to a top down perspective, look top left

Nier Reincarnation Black Birds Locations – Chapter 5

There are 4 Black birds in Chapter 5:

1st Black Bird – Reward: Explorer’s Ticket – Location: Reach the hexagonal platform, find it at the bottom of the small connecting bridge

2nd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x6 – Location: Clear the 2nd black barrier, but before the stairs going up and left check the column with a star like platform

3rd Black Bird – Reward: Medium Stamina Recovery x1 – Location: After the last scarecrow, when the camera shifts, look at the column, at the top

4th Black Bird – Reward: XL Weapon Enhancement x6 – Location: Clear the black barrier, go upstairs, then down the ramp, the crow is on the last pillar on the left

Nier Reincarnation Black Birds Locations – Chapter 6

There are 4 Black birds in Chapter 6:

1st Black Bird – Reward: Inscriptions in Stone Summon Ticket x5 – Location: in the middle of the rubble, in the bridge, at the beginning

2nd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x6 – Location: After you teleport, go right and up, find it on the 3rd pillar of the staircase (you can’t go back if you reach the top of the staircase)

3rd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x6 – Location: cross the bridge after clearing the black barrier twice, go under the 1st archway and find it beneath the rubble, before the path goes right

4th Black Bird – Reward: XL Weapon Enhancement x6 – Location: Clear x2 black barriers, reach the top > find it on the right side of the bridge

Nier Reincarnation Black Birds Locations – Chapter 7

There are 4 Black birds in Chapter 7:

1st Black Bird – Reward: Bronze Coin x17 – Location: Take the elevator down, in the middle of the bridge before the scarecrow, look left

2nd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x6 – Location: Bottom of the elevator > downstairs > on the tree when the path curves out to the left

3rd Black Bird – Reward: Premium Summon Ticket – Location: Elevator down > use the teleporter > turn right > on a ledge to the right of the teleporter

4th Black Bird – Reward: XL Weapon enhancement x7 – Location: Circular courtyard > cross the bridge and stop at the archway > find it above the archway

Chapter 8 Crows

There are 4 Black birds in Chapter 8:

1st Black Bird – Reward: XL Weapon Enhancement x7 – Location: Once in chapter 8, turn around and go left to the edge

2nd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x7 – Location: on a branch of the tree before the 2nd scarecrow

3rd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x7 – Location: After the 2nd black barrier the camera shifts to top down perspective, find it on the ledge of one of the last columns

4th Black Bird – Reward: Gold Coin x2 – Location: After the 1st black barrier look left (far) and find it on the bottom ledge of the closest platform

Chapter 9 Crows

There are 4 Black birds in Chapter 8:

1st Black Bird – Reward: Silver Coin x9 – Location: Pull the lever > go downstairs > look at the pillar on the right at the bottom

2nd Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x8 – Location: After x2 black barriers go down the spiral staircause and find it to the left of the staircase, at the bottom

3rd Black Bird – Reward: Light of Memory – Location: Reach the waterfalls area and find it on the first pillar of the broken bridge on the right

4th Black Bird – Reward: XL Character Enhancement x8 – Location: Follow the path after the last scarecrow, and after some fights the camera will shift to a side scrolling perspective, find it on the lowest ledge of the background pillar
