You will have to advance a little in the game to find it, and once you get there, it requires a secret code to access, we explain all the steps
Location
It is a store embedded in the wall of the tunnel that connects Pirate Cove area (Area #26) and the Safari area (Area #35).
So you will have to progress through the game, unlock Area #35, and then unlock the tunnel that connects to Area #36. Once there you should have no problem finding the NPC Preston and his store.
The Secret Code
