These are the steps, locations and requirements to get Magma V2

Requirements:

Steps and Locations:

Go to Wano and find Momo near the Clouds of Wano gates
Complete Momo Awakening requirements:
- 30 Titles
- Max level (300) Magma
- Kill Kaido 5 Times with Magma
Go back with momo and get the Magma V2

So if you already have the max level in your Magma Fruit, it will only take a while

It is the most difficult, or at least the only part that requires additional explanations:

M1 – Magma Fists Crush: Combo extender
1 Move (Requires Lvl 1) – Hound Blaze: User imbues hands with magma and shoots it. Blockable
2 Move (Requires Lvl 12) – Magma Rain: The user charges this attack by holding, which raises his arms after imbuing it with magma
3 Move (Requires Lvl 28) – Magma Floor: The user puts his hands on the ground and surrounds the area nearby with magma
4 Move (Requires Lvl 56) – Meigo: The user dashes with hands imbued with magma, and creates an explosion knocks back opponents
