From Level 0 to Level 190
To level up, you need to transform, and consume battery once transformed. So first of all, you need the Omnitrix. Although as you will see it is a very slow process. Once transformed you manage to go up a level every two minutes, then you run out of battery, you detransform and you have to transform again. In short, you will climb around 25 levels per hour, and you will have to be playing and paying attention to do it.

Level 190
Once you reach level 190 and unlock the recalibrated Omnitrix. The process improves a little: The battery lasts longer. Roblox Omni X Leveling Guide – Auto Farm
There is no formula to level up faster. A level every 2 minutes is the best you can get.
What you can do is have your aliens do auto farm, so that they level up when you are not playing, while you sleep, or while you are not at home.
To do this you have to use a program that automates tasks on your computer and ask it to press the T key every X minutes. If you are level > 190, you would have to press the T key every 5 minutes, and if you don’t have that level yet, every 3 minutes. We are not talking about downloading hacks, or anything programmed by unknown people. It’s a task manager, there are even ones from Microsoft itself, and all they do is press a key on your computer.
