In Project Mugetsu, becoming a Vizard isn’t just another step toward becoming the best Soul Reaper; it’s a whole trip that will depend on our best friend, RNG.

So, you will need to find and use Hogyoku Fragments to get and become a Vizard. The hard part will be finding these pieces that will let you turn into a Vizard.

Keep in mind that as a Soul Reaper, you can only use Hogyoku Fragments when you hit level 250.

How to get Hogyoku Fragments in Project Mugetsu

These are some ways to get Hogyoku Pieces:

  • Explore the map: This is the simplest way to find Hogyoku Fragments, but it’s also the best way because they grow more often and more often. These things will show up on the map, and their bright blue light makes them easy to spot. But you’ll have to be very quick or very lucky to grab one before someone else does. To make sure no one else gets it, I suggest you use a private computer.
  • Play ranked matches: There is a smaller chance of dropping a Hogyoku Fragment when you win a ranked match, but it can be a great way to get them if you are having trouble getting them on the map because of the competition.
  • Get the Hogyoku Notifier: While this premium item will set you back 1,850 Robux, when the Hogyoku Fragment spawns, it will immediately display its precise position. Additionally, winning rated matches increases your chances of receiving them twice as much.

The challenging part of becoming a Vizard is that, although you can get a Hogyoku Fragment via the techniques mentioned above, they may not always succeed.

Yes, getting the pieces to function is yet another aspect related to RNG. This means you’ll most likely have to collect a large number of Hogyoku Fragments before obtaining one that transforms you into a Vizard.

Upon completion, you will get the following bonuses, allowing you to become one of the top races in the game:

Soul Reaper Vizard buffs

  • The transformation will restore all Reiatsu.
  • The ignition bar is filled up by 50%.
  • Heals 35% health.
  • Increases damage by 30%.
  • Damage reduced by 40%.
  • Increases health regeneration by 15%.
  • Slightly increases speed.
  • Provides Cero Oscuras.

Though all of the boosts are excellent for both PVP and PVE combat, I particularly like the damage reduction and life regeneration bonuses since they help counter other race classes such as Quincy and Arrancar, who have become more effective since the update.
