Three Kingdoms Mushouden Version 1.6.3 added Secret Manuals — a new way to unlock powerful Ultimate Skills. These manuals let you pass down skills from one general to another.

Here’s how the system works, how to get them fast, and how to use them the right way.

What Are Secret Manuals?

Secret Manuals let a general share their Ultimate Skill with someone else. When your general fills their Ultimate EXP bar, they can create a manual.

You’ll see the bar under their skill during battle or training. Once full, you can turn that experience into a manual and give it to another general.

How to Get Ultimate EXP Fast

To fill the bar and unlock a manual, you’ll need Ultimate EXP. Here’s how to build it quickly:

• Fight often: Use the skill in battle whenever possible.

• Train often: Put your generals through training to raise EXP.

• Keep the same skill: Don’t change Ultimates mid-way or the EXP resets.

• Use Assist Characters: Some units boost EXP gain.

• Choose the right mode: Sandbox Mode gives faster progress.

Stick with one skill and push it in every battle. Once it maxes out, you’ll get the option to create a manual.

How to Use Secret Manuals

Once you have a manual, here’s how to pass it to another general:

1. Open the Secret Manual tab.

2. Pick the general who made the manual.

3. Choose who will receive the skill.

4. Confirm the trade — the new general now has the Ultimate Skill.

Tip: You can stack strong skills on one general, but be careful — each general can only carry so many.

Where to Get Extra Manuals

Sometimes you’ll find manuals from:

• Recruit Agencies: Random chance when scouting.

• Events: New missions sometimes reward manuals.

These aren’t guaranteed, but they help build your list without farming EXP yourself.

Best Generals to Give Manuals To

Not all generals need a manual. Focus on units that benefit most from extra Ultimates:

• Frontline tanks: Skills that trigger on damage or aggro.

• DPS units: Area damage skills or burst Ultimates.

• Strategists: Skills that stack buffs or debuffs.

Example picks:

• Ma Chao – Perfect for fast skill spam.

• Zhao Yun – Great for chaining combos.

• Zhou Yu – Strong when paired with support Ultimates.

• Don’t waste them on low-star generals.
