If you want to customize your appearance in DLS or FTS15 and look like the Belgium national team, just follow this steps
1- Copy one url (kit or logo), but just one, you cant install more than one url at the same time
2- Open DLS 2019, tap on edit team and edit logo. Then tap on the download tab, and finally paste the url of the kit you have copied before.
