Season 3 is about to arrive in Brawl Stars. It adds the new Ranked Mode and features two new brawlers: Angelo and Melodie. In this guide, we’ll talk about Angelo, his attack, super, gadgets & star powers, and the best build for the new Epic Brawler! Before we start, read how to unlock Angelo in Brawl Stars.
How To Unlock Angelo In Brawl Stars
As with any other brawler, you can unlock Angelo on the Starr Road. He’s an Epic brawler, so he will be available to get pretty early. And if you already have all the brawlers, prepare 925 Credits to unlock Angelo before he gets nerfed!
Angelo Basic Attack – Take Aim
Angelo is an Epic Brawler with a very long attack range (similar to Piper). With his basic attack, he shoots an arrow that can be charged by holding the attack joystick. The 100% charge can be reached in 2.5 seconds, but it’s worth noting that the brawler cannot heal from auto-regeneration while charging the attack.
Here’s a breakdown of Angelo’s basic attack damage per level:
| Level | Min Damage | Max Damage |
| 1 | 440 | 2200 |
| 2 | 484 | 2420 |
| 3 | 528 | 2640 |
| 4 | 572 | 2860 |

Angelo Super – Welcome To The Swamp
Upon activation, Brawl Stars Angelo’s super creates a puddle that damages enemies and grants his arrows poison damage effect. The super lasts 8 seconds and can hit 9 times if the enemy remains in the toxic area.
Here’s a breakdown of Angelo’s super attack damage per level:
| Level | Damage Per Second |
| 1 | 500 |
| 2 | 550 |

Angelo Gadgets – Stinging Flight And Master Fletcher
Angelo has two Gadgets: Stinging Flight and Master Fletcher. Both are powerful!
- Stinging Flight: Upon activation, Gray flies into the air forward in the direction he’s facing for 1 second. Once activated next to the enemy, Angelo drains 660 damage on takeoff.
- Master Fletcher: Upon activation, Angelo’s next hit from the normal attack passes through walls and enemies (just like Mandy’s Cookie Crumbs). The gadget doesn’t affect the damage dealt.
Angelo Star Powers – Empower And Flow
To make the most of Brawl Stars Angelo, choose the proper Star Power from the following: Empower & Flow.
- Empower: When staying inside the puddle summoned by the Super, Angelo heals 600 HP per second.
- Flow: Angelo increases movement speed by 25% while moving on water.
Brawl Stars Angelo Best Build
Angelo looks promising, and many professional players think he’s the most powerful sniper Brawler in Brawl Stars. So, it might be helpful for you to know the best Brawl Stars Angelo build. Here’s our edition:
- Gadget: Both gadgets for Angelo are solid, so use Master Fletcher for Showdown and Stinging Flight for 3-player game modes.
- Star Power: Not a secret that Angelo significantly lacks HP. That’s why we want to use Empower star power and maximally enhance survivability.
- Gear #1: For the first Gear slot, use Damage and get a 15% DMG boost when the brawler has less than 50% health. This will allow you to one-shot tank brawlers like Bibi, Buzz, and even Rose by combining Basic Attack and Super.
- Gear #2: Since Stinging Flight is our choice, we highly recommend using Gadget Charge gear, increasing the number of Gadget usages per battle by 1
