How to Evolve Cross in Vampire Survivors – Steps

Evolving Cross is quite simple, there are 4 steps in total:

1. Unlock Cross: starting weapon of Krochi Freetto. It is unlocked by finding a Rosary (It can drop from light sources after your character reaches level 8 in a run)
   • To unlock Krochi Freetto: defeat a total of 100,000 enemies total across all runs
2. Get the Cross weapon to Level 8
3. Get Clover accessory power-up (passive item): find a Little Clover from a light source.
4. Collect a rare enemy’s chest that spawns once the counter gets to 10:00 (survive for at least 10 minutes)

Cross Evolution Recipe > Cross + Clover = Heaven Sword

Tips to achieve evolution

• It’s most effective in scenarios with a lot of enemies, as to assure it pierces through as many enemies on the return trip as possible
• Automatic targetingCross should be considered a supporting weapon, and not necessarily a main damage dealer

How to Evolve Cross in Vampire Survivors – Levels

Boosts by levels of the Cross:

• 1st Level: Aims at nearest enemy, has boomerang effect
• 2nd Level: +10 Base Damage
• 3rd Level: +25% Base speed & +10% Base Area
• 4th Level: +1 Projectile
• 5th Level: +10 Base Damage
• 6th Level: +25% Base speed & +10% Base Area
• 7th Level: +1 Projectile
• 8th Level: +10 Base Damage

At max Level Cross will have +30 Base Damage, +2 Projectiles, +20% Area, +50% projectile speed

Boosts by levels of the Clover:

• 1st Level: +10% luck for the character
• 2nd Level: +10% luck for the character
• 3rd Level: +10% luck for the character
• 4th Level: +10% luck for the character
• 5th Level: +10% luck for the character

At max Level Clover will have +50% luck for the character

How to Evolve Cross in Vampire Survivors – Heaven Sword

• Heaven Sword travels much further when initially thrown than the Cross
• Its Projectile Speed is much greater than the Cross, meaning that bonuses to it such as the Bracer and Speed power-up will be amplified greatly
• Increase Luck for + Crit chance (with the Clover, Little Clovers, or the Luck Power-Up)
