Improvements We Want To See In Palworld

Palworld New Update Feb2024

Last Updated on 27 February, 2024

Palworld is popping right now with players pouring in every single moment. While Pocket Pair has done a brilliant job so far, certain aspects of the game is letting players down. Today, we talk about some improvements that can be made in Palworld.

Palworld Improvements

Pocket Pair got a lot of things right with Palworld. However, there are some aspects that the team can improve on. Here are some of our suggestions:

  • Palbox Management Menu: First things first, we think that the Palbox Management Menu can be improved in tons of ways. The overall user interface of the entire menu needs to be revamped. There badly needs to be a search bar so you can search up certain pals within the menu. Additionally, a filter option can hugely benefit the entire player base. If a recommendation system could be introduced where it will recommend you which pals to keep and which ones you may discard, it would really help keep the menu clean.
  • Item Sharing Between Bases: There are plenty of cool locations to build bases in Palword. So, it’s a no-brainer that guilds might want to make multiple bases around the map depending on their wants. But the problem is item sharing between bases is still not possible in Palworld. It can take up to half a day to relocate all of the items from one base to another. For this reason, Pocket Pair should introduce item sharing between bases. Even if it’s introduced at higher levels, it should be made possible.
  • Monitoring Stand Improvement: We were pretty underwhelmed in finding out what the Monitoring Stand does after building it. The Monitoring Stand should be improved by integrating a system where pals can be particularly assigned which tasks to focus on. For example: If you need help kindling while baking cakes, you can set pals with high kindling skills to focus on that instead of any other kindling activities.
  • Hard Time Leveling Up: All players are facing quite a hard time leveling up after they hit level 35 or so, especially after level 40. The same can be said for leveling up pals after reaching that level. So, devs should think of ways they can address this either by lowering the XP required to reach the next level or giving out more XP in battles and base activities.
  • Harder Battles (?): Let’s admit it, the boss fights are pretty predictable. After a while, you know what attacks you’ll be facing and in what order. As a result, it becomes really easy to dodge them.

Glitch Fixes

Here are some glitch fixes we can expect to get fixed in upcoming updates:

  • Sometimes pals deployed at the base wander onto the boundary of the base and glitch out. They keep making the same motion and don’t return until carried.
  • While gliding, sometimes your glider will not appear to other players thus showing you in a T-pose.
  • Certain pals will often appear stuck in a particular position. These pals are not interactable. This seems to be the case with Galeclaws in particular.
  • When visiting the Black Marketeer, clicking on a pal from the item list sometimes doesn’t show any data.

What other improvements and glitches can you think of that the developers of Palworld should focus on? Let us know in the comments!
