Monster Sanctuary Clock Puzzle (Mystical Workshop) Solution

There are two possible solutions

1- Set the clock to 9:00 (same time in the background of one of the rooms in the workshop)

2- Set the clock to 11:05 (also seems to work)

How to get the Chests?

There are two chest behind the first chest of the clock puzzle, to get them you need the ability Levitate (explore ability)
