OSRS Agility Boost – Table

Spicy stew (yellow spice) | ±0-5 | Visible | Depending on type of stew, any skill can be boosted or reduced by 0 to 5 levels randomly. |
Summer pie | 5 | Visible | Consists of 2 bites, restoring 11 Hitpoints per bite. |

Agility Cape
A Agility cape can be purchased for 99,000 coins from Cap’n Izzy No-Beard, located at the entrance of the Brimhaven Agility Arena by players who have achieved level 99 Agility
Elven Dawn
Buy it from Eira in the Hefin Inn, located in the Hefin district in the north-western part of Prifddinas
Agility Potion
Agility potions are made by mixing toadflax into a vial of water, creating a Toadflax potion (unf), and then adding toad’s legs. This requires level 34 Herblore
Agility Mix
Agility mix can be made by members with 37 Herblore and completed the Herblore part of Barbarian training with Otto Godblessed adding Caviar to a Agility potion (2)
Summer Pie
Baking a raw summer pie on a cooking range, requiring level 95 Cooking:
1. Use a pastry dough on a pie dish to make a pie shell
2. Use a strawberry on the pie shell to make a part summer pie (strawberry)
3. Use a watermelon on the part summer pie (strawberry) to make a part summer pie (watermelon)
4. Use a cooking apple on the part summer pie (watermelon) to make a raw summer pie
5. Cook the raw summer pie on a range to finish a summer pie
Spicy stew (Yellow spice)
Requirement: Spicy stews are available only to those who have completed the Freeing Evil Dave subquest in Recipe for Disaster
These are the steps to make Spicy Stew
- First, obtain a regular stew
- Get the spices
- Get a cat (or hellcat) to chase the hell-rats
- Go to Evil Dave’s basement in the house west of the Edgeville bank
- Using a cat (wily is best) to attack the hell-rat behemoths. These will always give a 4 dose of the specific colour spice they are guarding
- Add up to 3 doses of a colour spice to the regular stew to get a spicy stew
Skill Boost Range:
- -1 to +1: x1 dose
- -3 to +3: x3 dose
- -5 to +5: x3 dose
Locations of each Spice:
- Red: Northern-most Room
- Orange: North-western Room
- Yellow: South-western Room
- Brown: Southern-most Room
Skills Affected:
- Red: Combat Skills > Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, Magic
- Orange: Production Skills > Smithing, Crafting, Fletching, runecraft, Construction, Firemaking, Cooking
- Yellow: Character Development > Agility, Hunter, Slayer, Thieving, Prayer
- Brown: Resource Skills > Woodcutting, Farming, Fishing, Mining, Herblore
