Watch Dogs Best Mods – A Real Beauty Mod

I wanted to make a more colourful and brighter daylight / darker shadows and therefore more realistic visual impression with crisper colors and lighting.

• adjusted the color curve (not with curves in the settings, so leave it at 0) for shadows, mids and highlights very slightly to a more blue light and therefore less green (roads) and red (light shadows at night).
• more vivid and vibrant colors adjusted to their brightness levels (more vivid highlights and midtones, darker shadows)
• a bit of light bloom
• sharper textures
• light black film borders
• HDR Effect on daylight (a bit of over-luminousity and a bit darker shadows, and a generally brighter picture without rasing the brightness level).

This mod enables possibility to surrender to cops after act 3. In the game surrender is possible before finishing act 3. After that you cant surrender no more. This fixes it.

When you see cops (in car or not), stop, go out of your vehicle et don’t move. Hide your gun too. The cops will slowly come to you.

Light DOF Mod

The graphical mods are using strong Depth of Field settings that makes the game look more cinematic and perfect for taking amazing screenshots. But it sometimes makes the game uncomfortable to play. For example – when camera focused on one enemy the area behind him is becoming so blurry that it’s hard to see the other enemies and other points of interest. It’s very inconvenient when you want to complete the mission undetected in stealth style.
