Zero Sievert Cooking Guide – How Food Works

Zero Sievert Generally speaking, food is used to sate your hunger, your thirst, or both. Your capacity to carry more weight will rise when both of these stats are fulfilled. On the other hand, if they drop too far, you won’t be able to move at all due to a reduction in your Weight capacity.

A select group of Food items, in addition to causing hunger and thirst, can also effect radiation. Some things, especially Rotten items, will make you Radiate more. Other items will make it less.

Zero Sievert Cooking Guide – How to Get

In Zero Sievert, there are three ways to get food:

  1. Craft it
  2. Buy it from traders in the Bunker.
  3. Take (Loot) it from dead enemies or chests.

Zero Sievert Cooking Guide – Best Food

The two best foods may be found in Zero Sievert. The MRE offers you a boost of 40 Hunger and 20 Thirst, therefore it has no comparison in terms of lowering Hunger.

Surprisingly, though, milk is a much more adaptable item. Milk provides you 10 Fatigue and -0.30 Radiation in addition to just 8 Hunger and 18 Thirst. A few milk cartons can do wonders for your field recovery.
