Zwift Level Unlocks – How to Get XP Points and Level Up

Rides Xp Points

20 Xp per Km or 30 Xp per mile, better choice to ride in Km, 100 km = 2000 xp, but the equivalemt in miles (62,13) = 1864 xp

Workout Xp Points

Points are based on interval type, length, and completion accuracy

Power Ups

10 points when you ride through a banner on a TT bike, and:

Large Bonus: +250 XP
Small bonus: +10 XP
Lightweight (feather): *10% weight for 15 seconds
Draft Boost (van): +50% draft effect for 30 seconds
Aero Boost (helmet): -25% CdA for 15 seconds.
Burrito: turns off draft effect for riders within a 2.5m radius for 10 seconds.
Cloaking (ghost): makes you invisible to other riders for 10 seconds
Steamroller: – Crr for 30 seconds
Anvil: Heavier for 30 seconds, so you can descend faster.

Runners will get 10 XP each 250 m or 15 xp each 0,25 Mile
