1. Key to Success

Collect medals. You simply need to raise your total medal count to 24 to claim your first key.

2. Growth

Max out the stats of a staff member. We recommend upgrading the free staff you started with (like the Maltese). You can also accept new staff applications from the mail to get more candidates.

3. Pain of Farewell

Fire a staff member. Click the Fire button on any staff member. Note that you cannot fire default staff. Also, avoid firing upgraded staff as you will not get your stars back.

4. 2am Feeling

This one is simple but requires a late night. Play the game at 2am.

5. Aggressive Marketing

You need a Promotions Desk (costs 12 stars). Use it to set the ad budget to 100% for one specific species.

6. Spa Master

Reach Platinum rank for every single medal (32/32).

7. Hospitality Master

Unlock all normal rarity guests. This usually happens naturally as you complete the Spa Master achievement. Alternatively, interacting with friends allows you to unlock the initial variation (the gray ones) of each animal.

8. Letters from the Heart

Unlock all letters in the Mailbox. Most unlock as you play, but the Animal City Hall letters require specific user actions (see the Mail Guide section below).

9. Millionaire

Break the gold counter. You must reach a gold balance over 9,999,999.

10. Global Brand

Unlock 8 different areas. You do this by getting 24 medals on a stage to unlock the next one. Repeat this process until you have 8 areas.
