Best Valorant Mouse Sensitivity & DPI – eDPI

eDPI stands for effective Dots Per Inch, and it’s calculated by multiplying the mouse DPI with the ingame sensitivity

eDPI Sensitivity Formula = Mouse in game sensitivity * DPI

If you are comparing settings, make sure to compare eDPI, because as you will see there are Pro Players using the same DPI, for example 400, but different in-game sensitivities, for example 0.27 & 0.54, wich means the second pro player is playing with x2 eDPI

So, the first step is to check your DPI (out of the game, in the mouse settings), and the second is to adjust the DPI or the mouse ingame sensitivity to get the wanted eDPI.

According to our experience and the best pro players settings:

Best Mouse Sensitivity = eDPI between 180 & 350

You should try to play with eDPI = 180, eDPI = 245, and also eDPI = 350, and decide.

So check your DPI (mouse settings), if you have a DPI = 450 (very standard), you should try to play 3 o or 4 hours with each one of these 3 mouse in-game sensitivities:

  • 0,40
  • 0,54
  • 0,78

Our recommedation is to play with eDPI = 200, and of course Scoped Sensitivity = 1. But the most important thing when choosing a sensitivity is that you feel comfortable. Although keep in mind that you will need a while, about 3 or 4 hours, to get used to a change in sensitivity
