These are the steps to reroll:

1. Launch the game Cyber Rebellion on your mobile device, Android & iOS
2. Sign in to the game using the guest account
3. Do not link your account with anything: Facebook, Google…
4. Complete the Tutorial and Progress until you unlock the gacha system
5. Claim all summons, including in-game mail and the Redeem Codes and make your summons
6. Spend everything on summons
7. If you don’t like what you get: Delete the game, register again with another guest account and repeat the steps
8. If you are happy with your summons, link your account

Tier B are average characters, choose them if you like them:
