These are the steps to reroll:

1. Launch the game Shield Hero RISE on your mobile device, Android & iOS
2. Do not link your account with anything: Facebook, Google…
3. Complete the Tutorial and Progress until you unlock the gacha system, after you clear stage 2-4
4. Claim all summons, including in-game mail and the Redeem Codes and make your summons
5. Spend everything on summons
6. If you don’t like what you get: Delete the game, register again with another email, and repeat the steps

Tier C are below the average characters, so if you use them, let it be because you like them a lot:
