Almost all the hidden stashes are on the northwest side of the map, although if you want to get them all follow this map and you will find some further away The credits go to Paulriisk (rework 2021), Marvelin and Masken, among the three they made this map in high resolution

The three most common locations are the Dorms, the New Gas Station, & the Scav Stronghold. Although you can also be lucky and find it in the Power Tower southwest of the New Gas Station or the passage connecting the Military Checkpoint with the Power Tower.
