Nearly all of the cheats in the list below must be activated for boolProp testingcheatsenabled true to be active. Leave out these markings in your gameplay for any of the cheats listed below that have [] in the title.

IntProp maxNumOfVisitingSims [number], for instance, would become intProp maxNumOfVisitingSims 11.

Sims 2 GamePlay Cheat Codes

  • boolProp testingcheatsenabled true/false: More cheat possibilities are available when testingcheatsenabled is set to true or false. While in the Neighborhood View, you can manually alter the need, skill, relationship, and personality bars by setting this cheat to true. For extra possibilities to cheat, right-click on your Sim, the mailbox, or other objects when it’s enabled.
  • Kaching: Adds 1,000 Simoleons to your account.
  • motherlode: 50,000 Simoleons are added to your account
  • familyFunds [last name] +/- [number] modifies an individual household’s account balance.
  • Ageing -on/off – stops pregnancies and stops the aging of any Sims who reside on the lot.
  • intProp maxNumOfVisitingSims [number] – You can invite additional Sims to a party using the intProp maxNumbOfVisitingSims [number] setting (will increase lag).
  • AspirationLevel [0-5] – A Sim’s ambition level can be changed with the AspirationLevel [0-5] command, where 0 is nothing and 5 is platinum.

Sims 2 Build Cheat Codes

  • moveObjects on/off – this feature removes restrictions on object placement, allowing you to add or remove items in areas that are otherwise off-limits. The mailbox, the garbage can, and Sims are all objects that can be deleted. The mailbox and garbage can can’t be recovered after the lot is reloaded, although the sim will.
  • boolProp snapObjectsToGrid true/false – disables automatic object snapping to grid parameters, allowing for better fine-tuning of item locations. Placing doors and windows will become incredibly frustrating as a result, therefore we advise disabling this hack for that portion of your design.
  • boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true/false – Allows you to rotate objects by 45 degrees rather than only 90 degrees thanks to the boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true/false. For diagonal rotation, use and >.
  • boolProp lotTerrainPaints true/false – If the boolProp lotTerrainPaints is set to false, any terrain paints on the ground will be hidden but not removed.
  • boolProp lotWater true/false – setting to false will remove any water on the property that isn’t in a swimming pool.
  • boolProp lockTiles true/false – setting to false enables changing the road and sidewalk. Allows you to install floor tiles past the sidewalk and right up to the edge of the parking lot.
  • boolProp constrainFloorElevation true/false – You can adjust the elevations of any tiles that are restricted by walls, floors, or foundations by setting the boolProp constrainFloorElevation to false.

  • slowMotion [0-8] – modifies the action’s pace, with zero being the default and eight being the slowest.
  • boolProp objectShadows true/false – Outdoor object shadows can be turned on or off with the boolProp objectShadows true/false.

  • boolProp simShadows true/false – Sim shadows can be turned on or off with the boolProp simShadows true/false.
  • floatprop particleDensity [0-10] – modifies the sheerness of translucent objects, such as garbage-derived stench clouds. One is the default, zero is no transparency, and above 10 there is no discernible difference.
  • boolProp enablePostProcessing true/false – You can employ post-processing hacks (any storytelling cheat listed after this one), which are useful for filmmaking, by setting the boolProp enablePostProcessing to true or false. Glitches could occur if the post-processing hack is used during cinematic cut scenes.
  • bloom [r b g x] [0.0-1.0] – Adds a blurring effect with bloom [r b g x] [0.0-1.0]. RBG denotes color, while x denotes bloom intensity.
  • vignette [centerX centerY X] [0.0-1.0] – A blur effect is added using the command vignette [centerX centerY X] [0.0-1.0].
  • filmGrain [val] [0.0-1.0] – adds screen graininess.
  • letterBox [val] [0.0-0.4] – Adds a letterbox to the display using letterBox [val] [0.0-0.4].

  • boolProp lotTerrainLighting true/false – lotTerrain boolProp Changes if lots light up as you move the cursor over them. Lighting true/false

  • boolProp carsOnRight true/false –  if set to false, the neighborhood view’s vehicles will instead travel on the left. Cars continue to travel on the right when on a lot.
  • boolProp ShowLotPackageFileName true/false – When the cursor hovers over a lot, the filename is displayed thanks to the boolProp ShowLotPackageFileName true/false setting.
  • deleteAllCharacters true/false – removes all Sims, NPCs, and townies from the neighborhood. will corrupt the neighborhood.

  • boolProp renderSelectedSimLevel true/false – In the Walls Cutaway mode, setting the boolProp renderSelectedSimLevel to true will stop walls from cutting away from a selected sim.
  • boolProp renderInsideObjectOnlyOnSelectedSimLevel true/false – Only objects on the same floor as the selected Sim will be shown if the boolProp renderInsideObjectOnlyOnSelectedSimLevel is set to true. can raise performance in games.
  • boolProp displayPaths true/false – Turns on or off the display of movement paths using the boolProp displayPaths true/false value.
  • boolProp displayLookAtBoxes true/false – If the boolProp displayLookAtBoxes true value is set, boxes will appear on your Sim’s face along with their current point of focus.
  • boolProp allObjectLightsOn true/false – All objects will be continuously lit up if the boolProp allObjectLightsOn is set to true.
  • vsync on/off – Turning off vsync will enhance game performance, but it may also lead to bugs.
  • boolProp useShades true/false – UseShades is a boolProp that controls whether or not graphic shaders are active.
  • boolProp bumpMapping true/false – Turns on or off bump maps using the boolProp bumpMapping true/false value.
