Sonic Mania Cheat Codes – Full List
These are all the available Cheats Codes:
- 04, 01, 02, 06 This grants the player all seven Chaos Emeralds, allowing them to transform into their Super form.
- 02, 00, 01, 07, 00, 08, 01, 05 This enables Super Sonic to fly in any Zone, as he would ordinarily in Egg Reverie Zone.
- 06, 02, 01, 04 If the game is not restarted, this will be carried over into a standard save file.
- 09, 00, 00, 01 Sonic can now use the Insta-Shield, Drop Dash, and Super Peel Out all at once.
- 01, 09, 09, 02, 01, 01, 02, 04 This provides Sonic 14 with Continues.
- 01, 09, 07, 09, 00, 08, 01, 01 Ricky the Squirrel will replace all animals in the game.
- 02, 00, 01, 08, 00, 06, 02, 03 This activates Encore Mode, allowing the player to play Encore Mode Zones (excluding Angel Island Zone) from the level choose, as well as enable Debug Mode in Encore Mode stages (Note – Sonic Mania Plus or Encore DLC Required)

These are the steps to use cheats codes:
- Players must have access to the Level Select Menu in Sonic Mania in order to enter cheats.
- Here’s a guide with the steps to unlock Level Select for your convenience.
- Navigate to the Sound Test option once you’ve gained access to the Level Select Menu.
- Therein, if you play sounds in a precise order, you will gain a few advantages.
What are the codes for?
Select Level > Select a specific level that you want to play.
Sound test > If you play a sound you are activating 2 new characters: Super Sonic and Hyper Sonic
