These are the steps to reroll:

Launch the game Wotv FFBE
Start a New Game and Log in /Sign in as a Guest
Select no voiceover
Skip the tutorial
After the quick summoning tutorial you will summon your first guaranteed UR (levelled to 99 automatically)
If you are not happy with the results: title screen and select Data -> Delete Account
