In this character ranking system by Tier, we classify characters from best to worst, with Tier S being the best, and Tier D being the worst. We recommend that in addition to the Tier S, you give the Tier A a chance, they are clearly above average, and you may find one that better suits your way of playing than the Tier S

Eternal Return Best Characters – Tier S

Tier S are the best Characters of the game, really OP:
