Looking to make more gold coins in your Palworld journey? We bring you a tried and tested method to farm more gold than ever in Palworld. While the process is a little tedious, there are ways to speed things up. So, without further ado, here’s our comprehensive gold farming guide on Palworld.

Requirements

Now there are some requirements that you need to fulfill to make sure that this method works fine for you. Before you try out this guide, make sure you meet the following requirements:

1. Reach at least level 10 on Palworld.
2. Unlock Primitive Furnace from the technology tree.
3. Build the Primitive Furnace.

The Primitive Furance helps you produce Ingots from ores.

However, it is recommended that you reach level 11 as you unlock the Metal Pickaxe which will help you mine ores faster.

Gold Farming Method

The gold farming method on Palworld is a simple process of producing nails and selling them to a merchant. The process is pretty simple. Briefly, here is what you do: Mine ore and use the primitive furnace to turn ores into ingot. Use the primitive/high-quality workbench to produce nails from ingots. Let’s jump into more details:

• Step 1: Mine ores from an ore deposit. Ore deposits should spawn around your base or you can also visit Desolate Church where there are a large number of ore deposits. You can visit there, mine, and then fast-travel back to your base.
• Step 2: After mining, come back to the primitive furnace to produce ingots. You will need 2 ores to produce 1 ingot.
• Step 3: Go to your primitive/high-quality workbench to produce nails from ingots. 1 ingot can produce 2 nails.

This entire method can be sped up in the following ways:

1. Using a Metal Pickaxe instead of a Stone Pickaxe to mine ores. This will help you mine more ores in less time than usual.
2. Having a high carrying capacity for your player. This will help you to carry more ores back to the base.
3. Using a pal with high kindling skills to help produce ingots faster. We recommend using Arsox or Bushi to kindle ingots faster.
4. Using a pal with high handiwork skills to produce nails faster. We recommend using Petallia, Lovander, or Penking to produce nails even faster. Having a Production Assembly Line will also help you mass-produce nails.

Selling Your Nails

Put the nails into your inventory as we will now travel to sell these nails to a merchant. Now that we have our nails, we have to travel to Small Settlement which is located to the South of Desolate Church. Here you can find a Wandering Merchant to whom you can sell your nails. For each nail you sell, you can get 160 gold. Similarly, you can also sell pals to a Pal Merchant who is in a house nearby. However, this Pal Merchant will not sell you the most rare pals.

To get even more rare pals, you have to find a Black Marketeer. There are a few Black Marketeers on the map but here’s the location of the one you’ll probably find the earliest into your journey:

• Head to the fast travel location of Desolate Church
• Head West and drop down the cliff
• Head to the coordinates 35, -419. You will find the entrance to what seems to be a dungeon but is actually a dark cave leading to a Black Marketeer.

The Black Marketeer will offer you a few Pals at varying prices starting from a few thousand up to 30,000 Gold coins.
