Despite the Powerpasses that boost your game characters up many levels, Lost Ark has no scarcity of challenges, quests, and tasks to keep the players hooked. Even after reaching the endgame content, you will have many quests to keep you on your toes.
One prime example is the Bellion Defense Quest which many players struggle to even reach!
What Is The Bellion Defense Quest?
Also known as the Defense of Bel-Illion Quest, the quest is situated in the Ruins of Bel-Illion. The main purpose of this quest is for players to recover certain special stones from the ruins in order to defeat the demon, deflect their attacks, and defend the Bellion Harbor.
The quest will require your game characters to interact with NPCs (Non-Player characters), search for the special stones and other items, and travel to different areas to complete the quest.
The Bellion Defense Quest is one challenge among a chain of tricky quests. Completing it allows players to continue with the chain of quests as well as earn exciting rewards along the way.
How To Get Bellion Defense Quest?
Many Lost Ark players struggle and feel frustration when trying to get to the Bellion Defense Quest. Access to the Bellion Defense Quest is restricted by a series of other quests: ‘informant Shandi’ followed by ‘Esthers Decision.’
Both of these quests also take place in the Ruins of Bel-Illion and form a chain of similar yet exciting quests. Hence, you must successfully complete these to access the Bellion Defense Quest.
The quest itself is also challenging given that although the quest description defines the objectives, the instructions lack specific information such as locations and object descriptions, etc.
Moreover, reaching the Bellion Defense Quest is also crucial since that is a stepping stone and access point for other quests in the series located in the Ruins of Bel-Illion.
To begin the quest, you need to open the Quest Tab and locate Avele on the map. Avele will describe her need for Moonlight Sounstones which the players must find to restore the harbor.

Although solving the quest can be frustrating and confusing in the beginning, it gets exciting eventually as you battle monsters and demons. More importantly, solving Bellion Defense Quest will earn you many exciting reward items such as weapon crystal, armour crystal, as well as experience and legacy points!
