Concierges or Chairman’s Club members are players who have spent at least 1000 USD in Star Citizen. The more a player spends over 1000 USD, the more they unlock exclusive items and in-game perks. The In-game currency during the temporary testing phase of the game is Star Citizen aUEC, which can be used to buy spaceships, weapons, and other accessories.
Members of the Chairman’s Club are further divided into groups based on their spending levels in the online pledge store. The exclusive offers and benefits are not equally distributed among all Concierges or Chairman’s Club members. Higher-value rewards and packages may only be available to Concierges at higher levels.
Concierge Levels and Rewards
Players or backers who have pledged their money through the in-game pledge store or the Kickstarter campaign are assigned the Concierge status and are given access to the Chairman’s club. Although they have to spend a minimum of 1000 US Dollars to get access to the club and get the concierge status.
There are several Concierge Levels in the game, each segmented based on a minimum amount cap that the backers have spent in the pledge store. With each increasing Concierge level, the backers receive exclusive in-game benefits and rewards, along with limited edition skins, stacking up their inventory. The Concierge levels are:
High Admiral
The High Admiral is the first concierge level and is unlocked after you spend $1000 on the pledge store.
Several benefits are unlocked once you reach High Admiral.
- You get early access to buying event tickets and sale items, including concierge-only events or sales.
- You get priority customer service from the RSI (Roberts Space Industries) staff and get personal assistance to answer your questions, requests, and other information regarding the game.
- You unlock a chat with the other concierge members and can discuss several aspects of the game.
Apart from these benefits, there are exclusive items that are unlocked with the High Admiral rank.
- Jacopo Top Hat and Monocle: This is a headgear that is given by Derion as part of their Dafne collection. It is given as a sign of recognition for reaching the first level of concierge, and it features a diamond-laminated monocle with a tungsten chain and a gossamer-lined top with the latest upgradable optiVis interface.
- Jacopo Monocle: This is eyewear manufactured by Schui and comes under the exclusive category. It has a single black lens with a gold-plated frame, along with a shimmering golden chain.
- Radegast Whiskey 2947 Homeward Limited-Edition: This is provided by Radegast Distillery and is a limited-edition liquor.
- Arclight II Laser Pistol Executive Edition: This is an Executive Edition of Klaus & Werner’s famous Arclight II laser pistol and is one of the best you will get your hands on in the game.
- Star Citizen Soundtrack Sample: A soundtrack with several songs that you can enjoy as a High Admiral. Music is a great companion that will keep you calm and less stressed on your adventurous missions.
- Star Citizen Digital Download: You will get a digital copy of Star Citizen at no additional cost. This includes all the important pledges that grant access to the Space universe, and you will have a safe copy of these records and will never lose access to the game.
Grand Admiral
The Grand Admiral is the second concierge level and is unlocked after you spend $2500 on the pledge store.
With the previous items and rewards that have been previously unlocked, you get another exclusive item after reaching Grand Admiral.
Arrowhead Sniper Rifle Executive Edition: This is an Executive edition Klaus & Werner Arrowhead energy sniper rifle that has been praised by famous marksmen for its great precision and supreme accuracy. Apart from being an Arrowhead sniper rifle, its golden digital camo plating makes it more exceptional.
Space Marshal
The Space Marshal is the third concierge level and is unlocked after you spend $5000 on the pledge store. Also, make sure to buy Star Citizen Ships to increase your transportation capacity of cargo and ammunition for the long missions.
The reward unlocked at this stage is:
RSI Venture Explorer Suit Executive Edition: This is a vacuum-safe suit with top-tier safety features that allows you to safely explore space. It has enough room for movement so you can stretch your limbs, and it also comes with exceptional styling.
Wing Commander
The Wing Commander is the fourth concierge level and is unlocked after you spend $10000 on the pledge store.
It unlocks:
Anvil Aerospace F8C Lightning: It is a next-generation fighter jet that is a great addition to your fleet. It has moderate maneuverability, being a heavy fighter, and its weapon systems include size 3 and size 2 guns, as well as two missile racks capable of holding 8 size 2 missiles.
F8C Lightning Shock Wave Paint: Adds a great skin to your F8C Lightning with a touch of green shade and black highlights, giving a sharp and unique look to the ship.
Praetorian
Praetorian is unlocked after you spend a total of $15000 on the pledge store.
It unlocks:
Anvil F8C Lightning Executive Edition: The F8C Lightning executive edition is an advanced version of the former F8C Lightning with an upgraded weapons arsenal and superior maneuverability compared to its predecessors.
Havoc Scatterguns Sharkmouth-Edition (x2): This is a size 1 vehicle ballistic scattergun, and has a great colour combination of red and black, and unleashes hell on your enemies in the close range. With this, you can confidently head into dogfights and take down your enemies.
Legatus Navium
This is unlocked after the backers have spent a total of $25000 on the pledge store and is the final level of Concierge.
This rank unlocks:
600i Executive Edition: This is a large, multi-role, luxury exploration ship manufactured by Origin Jumpworks. It has a superior design and a golden tint finish on its wings that gives it a great look. It has numerous new-gen features for navigation as well as superior scanning technology and ample cargo space for big missions.
Conclusion
Apart from all the tier rewards listed above, there are a few others that are given one-time on special occasions to the Club Members to appreciate their effort and contribution to the game. These rewards were momentarily given out and will not be given again.

- RSI Constellation Painting
- Artimex Armor – Chairman’s Club Edition
In conclusion, the more you spend on the pledge store, the faster you will climb the ladder of concierge and will unlock the spaceships and limited-edition skins. Try to level up faster so as not to miss any one-time exclusive reward!
