All Rocket League Car Hitboxes

All Rocket League Car Hitboxes – Breakout Hitbox, Dominus Hitbox, Hybrid Hitbox, Merc Hitbox, Octane Hitbox, Plank Hitbox

Each in-game car body uses 1 of 6 default body types called Hitboxes. Each car body may look unique, however, these car bodies will fall into one of the 6 default Hitboxes

Strengths and weaknesses

We recommend that you try all of them, but if you are a beginner we recommend you start with Dominus or Hybrid

• Breakout hitbox: It requires precision, so it’s a good choice, but by the time you know how to play well
• Dominus hitbox: very balanced hitbox preset, good choice for beginners
• Hybrid hitbox: Similar to Dominus, one of the good initial picks
• Merc hitbox: tank appearance
• Octane hitbox: more ball control by hitting from the front or from the side of the car
• Plank hitbox: bigger area to hit the ball while flying

Of course there are better than Dominus or Octane, but when you know how to play and depending on your style of play, you will like one or the other more.
