These are all the Hidden or secret achievements:
- Shark Week: Unlocked all Sharks
- King of Beasts: Click on Archie
- Monkeying Around: Make an Ape Dab
- Voyage of the Beagle: Discover Galapagos Island
- Archie-ologist: Discovered Archie’s Fossil
- Bird of Paradise: Clicked on the Paradise Bird
- Amazonian Dolphins: Discovered Secret River Dolphin
- Speed Demon: Reach Singularity in under 5 minutes
- Gotta Go Fast: Reach Singularity in under 120 seconds
- Tibetan Fox: Discovered a secret fox

Cell To Singularity Secret Achievements – Guides
- Shark Week: Unlocked all Sharks
Earn them through the daily mutation page after every 14 days, there are x6 sharks, so you need to claim the daily mutation 84 days
- King of Beasts: Click on Archie
Mesozoic Valley simulation > Find the archosaur wearing a tuxedo (land garden), his name is Archie, click the archosaur
- Monkeying Around: Make an Ape Dab
Unlock Apes, go to the land garden and click on an ape until you unlock the secret achievement
- Voyage of the Beagle: Discover Galapagos Island
Unlock the Paradise Bird secret achievement and follow the bird, Click on the land mass,complete with a Charles Darwin bust to unlock this secret achievement
- Archie-ologist: Discovered Archie’s Fossil
Savanna Biome > Click on the fossils that you will find in front of the waterfall (on the other side of the river)
- Bird of Paradise: Clicked on the Paradise Bird
Paradise birds are brown (with blue beak), click on any paradise bird around the outskirts of the garden
- Amazonian Dolphins: Discovered Secret River Dolphin
Progress enough and unlock the dolphin subclass, then click on the secret River Dolphin. Find the secret river dolphin in the river between savanna and jungle.
- Speed Demon: Reach Singularity in under 5 minutes
Requirements: Unlock the singularity and be able to reboot your simulation through the reality engine.
Tips: Max Number of Nanobots and Nano Buyer upgrade
- Gotta Go Fast: Reach Singularity in under 120 seconds
