Kill it with Fire Code – Vault Code
You will need the Vault code in Contingency Omega:
Tip: If you have Goose Mode on, use the drone
Vault Code: 6174 To be more specific: Red 6, Green 1, Blue 7, Yellow 4
After opening the vault you will also complete one of the objectives: Codebreaker

Find the Strange door in the basement. You’ve to find 9 silverpieces to unlock the mystery puzzle in Down the spider hole level
Mystery Machine Locations
These were our locations:
- In the tree house with the drone
- On the wall in the shed by the lawnmower
- Back of the bbq
- Behind the chair by the bbq
- behind the AC unit
- On the step by the locked task door
- Inside the house by the community locked door
- On the porch in the front yard, look up
- On the trunk of the tree in the front yard
Place all the 9 silver pieces in the door and you will unlock the Mystery machine Objective
Perplexing Locations
Requires to find panels in previous levels, check the images below for the locations

Everyone has their own random code now, you’ve to look at every level to find clues with black light. Thankfully they stay in the same location per game
After completing the Mystery Machine Puzzle you will get the most powerful spider killing weapon ever created: the shoe, and you will also complete the Mystery machine & Perpexing Puzzle Objective

just so future ppl know the locations are random but there is one on every map after you get the black light you dont even need to be close to it as long as the light is pointed at a wall it will show up if it is there
some of the locations are incorrect
i cant find the first code anywhere in first contact…
also unable to see codes with blacklight on any levels other than the last when u first get it. i’m guessing this must be bugged at the moment becuase ive searched high and low all over these levels, unfortunate since it effects 2 achievements.

The locations aren’t the same for everyone. Use the upgrade on your tracker that tracks objectives and such, makes it much easier.
Use the upgrade that shows objectives to find them
at this point if you have 2 left just crack it
