Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Day and Night – Game by Nintendo – Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Day and Night, all info that you need to know.
The games Scarlet and Violet have a day and night cycle.
Not only does it provide some realism to the passage of time, but some Pokemons only appear at specific times of the day.
Scarlet and Violet covers all three facets of the day: morning, evening, and night. Scarlet and Violet’s time cycle is based on the in-game clock, not the Switch’s internal clock, unlike prior Pokemon series. If you want to learn more about playing Pokemon Scarlet and Violet at night, go to this tutorial!
Night in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
It will take 35 in-game minutes to finish a full day cycle in order to make it night in Scarlet and Violet.
Some Pokémon only reproduce at night, such as Ghost Pokémon, and not during the day.
As a result, you should plan on spending 35 minutes exploring Paldea at night in order to find these Pokemon. Scarlet and Violet’s sleeping ability, meanwhile, has no impact on the passage of time. Your character would awaken at the exact same instant that it fell asleep, whether it slept at night or during the day. Only your character’s health and your Pokemon’s Power Point gain by sleeping.
The open world of Paldea is unaffected by the internal clock of your Switch, but raids and mass outbreaks, which reset at midnight, are affected. You must check the time in real life or the clock on your Switch console to see if Raids and Mass Outbreak have reset. Other than that, game time and real time are separate and independent of one another.
