Romance is a social gameplay mechanic that allows the player to date and eventually marry any eligible marriage candidate, regardless of gender. Not all characters can be romanced.

Burgess is a character in Sandrock. He is a devotee of the Church of the Light and runs the Water Shop. Additionally, Burgess patrols the lands during the day. He will fine the player if he sees them cutting a tree or a cactus.

Burgess can be befriended and romanced. Give gifts to him until you raise the relationship level, and use this information, it will be useful

• Birthday: Spring 20 (Always give him gifts, but especially on that date)
• Where to find Burgess? He can be found near Water World, find him also at the Town Square
