1. Go to the Sea
2. Dive to the right of the dock, and dive along the right wall to the corner. On the right wall, below, there is a bright blue entrance, enter through there
3. It’s a little dark, but you can get out of that hallway with three turns, when you do, you’ll see a bunch of laser beams.
4. Of course, you must go through all the laser rays without touching them, Octopus Lisa awaits you on the other side
