Before evolving Pawmo, it’s essential to have a Pawmi. This little creature is among the first Pokémon you can catch in the Paldea region. It is found throughout the South Province, making it relatively easy to find. While Pawmo can also be caught in the wild, it’s much rarer, so we recommend starting with a Pawmi.

Key Steps to Evolve Pawmi into Pawmo

To transform Pawmi into Pawmo, two essential conditions must be met:

1. Evolving Pawmi into Pawmo at Level 18: This is the first step in obtaining a Pawmo. Make sure your Pawmi reaches level 18 during your adventures in Paldea.
2. Using the ‘Let’s Go’ Feature in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: Pawmo needs to walk 1,000 steps using the ‘Let’s Go’ feature. To activate this feature, position Pawmo at the start of your team and press ‘R’. This will allow Pawmo to walk with you in the world. Although there’s no exact step counter, with some patience and trial, you’ll achieve the evolution. Remember, Pawmo must level up after completing the steps to evolve.
