Before assembling any team it is VERY important that the first Pokemon quickly charge the charged attack to remove the 2 shields of Giovanni, Machamp or some fighting type Pokemon, it is a very good option, for Latios we can choose Mewtwo with Psystrike (charged attack which loads very fast).
