We recommend you make these settings on your Nvidia card, and you can also take note, because they will be useful for any game. If you want to apply these optimizations in other games, just follow the same steps, but in step 1, instead of Cyberpunk, add the .exe of the game you are interested in

1. Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > Add cyberpunk2077.exe
2. Set Sharpen to 0.40, and Image film grain to 1.00
3. Application Controlled Under Anisotropic Filtering
4. Turn on Antialiasing Gamma correction.
5. Enable Low Latency Mode.

1. Open Command Prompt or Windows PowerShell With Administrator Privileges and paste:

2. Go to start > Edit Power Plan > Power Options: checkmark Ultimate Performance
3. Under Start Type And Open Graphics Settings: click on Browse and add Cyberpunk2077.exe > then set its graphics preference to High > Click on Save
