Update Drivers
Set Max Performance: 3d settings – Adjust Image settings
Antialiasing: Off
Texture Filtering: High Performance

Computer Settings

Windows Performance: Properties > Advanced System Settings > Performance > uncheck all.
Disable Startup Programs: Press Win + R > type msconfig > Startup tab > uncheck everything you don’t need
Power Options: Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > High Performance
