House Flipper Cheats – Money, Skills & Perks

Welcome to the House Flipper Cheats guide, we will show you how to have infinite money, or how to level up your skills to max

House Flipper Cheats – How to Cheat?

You can edit the Player Progress File (PlayerProgress.dat), and there are tons of values to change, like the money you have, or the levels of the skills. Find the file here:

House Flipper Game Folder > Saves > PlayerProgress File

Once there open the PlayerProgress.dat with a text editor like notepad, an edit the following lines:

House Flipper Cheats – Money

Search (CTRL+F) for the text “_money”. You will see 2 lines: “_money”: X, and “money” X, where X is the amount of money you current have. If you want to have 100,000 money, simply edit the values, like this:

• “_money”: 100000,
• “money”: 100000

Don’t delete the “,” when you edit the values. And once you change the value of money you want, simply close and save the file

House Flipper Cheats – Skills

Search (CTRL+F) for the text “skills”, below skills you will see all the perks and skills available in the game: Cleaning, demolition, painting, building, design… And you can also set the values of the skills:

Painting Cheats
